In 2003, I won a place on the Channel 4/ B.F.I. 'Animator In Residence' scheme. This invloved a 3 month residency working in a glass animation booth at the NFT Southbank. I was then given a mentor and created a 3 minute film which was broadcast on C4 in the slot before the 7pm news. My film 'No Experience Necessary', about bored teenagers with shop jobs, toured festivals worldwide and was selected for'onedotzero' festival two consecutive years; first in a new talent showcase and later as part of 'animated documentaries' programme.
